Wander and Waypoints Consulting is a nonprofit consulting practice that helps mission-driven organizations facilitate growth and change with clarity, compassion, and confidence. Founded by Elizabeth Williams—an experienced nonprofit leader with deep expertise in operations, programming, strategy, and staff development—Wander and Waypoints specializes in systems building, program growth and design, staff coaching, and interim leadership.
Our work is grounded in a strong foundation of youth development, mentoring, and outdoor education. With years of experience leading experiential programs that foster growth, belonging, and leadership in young people, we bring a unique perspective to organizations working at the intersection of education and impact. At the same time, our systems-oriented, people-centered approach makes us a trusted partner across the broader nonprofit sector.
